Purchases are processed and delivered entirely through Gumroad, which has its own terms of service governing the transaction itself (payment, refunds processing, and delivery). What the guide is, and isn't
The Anxiety Reset is a self-guided journaling tool. It is not therapy, not a clinical treatment, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure anxiety or any other condition. See the Support Resources page for where to go if you need more than a self-guided tool can offer.

The PDF is for your own personal use. Please don't redistribute, resell, or publish it elsewhere. If you want to share it with someone, send them to peaceminded.com instead.
